Make the Hachnosas Sefer Torah schedule easy to follow

List writing of the final letters, the procession meeting point and the shul arrival separately when they are part of your program. Have the organizers approve dedication wording, names, honorifics and addresses before sharing.

How should I show several parts of the celebration?

Use short labeled lines for each time and location. Do not compress the whole route and program into a paragraph that guests must search through.
